The Plant-Based Supper Club meetings are meant to facilitate education, communication and connection with others that are interested in a plant-based lifestyle. The dinners are designed after the idea of a family dinner setting with food, conversation, and relaxation.
The hosts facilitate the potluck style dinner that features:
1. Several foods and their recipes that exclude meat and dairy but include lots of taste, texture, and variety.
2. Discuss various cooking techniques.
3. Highlight nutritional benefits.
Guests are welcome to bring a dish along with copies of the recipe.
